In short
Plain-language version: we collect what you send us on a form plus anonymous page views, we use it to do the work and reply to you, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect
When you submit the AI Visibility Audit form, a report signup or the contact form, we collect the business name, website, email address and anything you type into the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from so we know what you were reading.
When you browse the site we record anonymous page views: the page path, the referring source, approximate date and time, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not run third-party ad pixels.
Why we collect it
To run the audit you asked for, to reply to you, and to understand which pages of this site are useful. That is the whole list.
Who can see it
The founders of MxdifyLocal, and the service providers that host the site, store the database and deliver our email. Those providers process data on our instructions only. We do not share your details with other marketers and we do not sell lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and audit records are kept while the relationship is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Anonymous page-view records are kept for up to 24 months. Ask us and we will delete your records sooner.
We email you the report you requested and follow up about it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop replies to a conversation you started.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
