Using this site
This site is published by MxdifyLocal. The words, design, code, charts and photographs on it belong to us unless credited otherwise. You may quote and link to our research and guides with attribution to MxdifyLocal and a link to the page. Republishing a report or article in full is not permitted without written permission.
Our published research
Our reports and case studies describe measurements taken at a stated point in time using the methodology published on this site. AI answers vary between runs and between users, and the engines change without notice. Figures are accurate as recorded and are not a forecast. Where a business named in a report is a client of ours, we say so in that report.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, lead volume or revenue, and we never will. Search engines and AI assistants are third-party systems we do not control. What we commit to is the work described in your scope, measured and reported honestly.
Client work
Engagements are governed by the written proposal and scope you sign, which sets deliverables, timing, fees and ownership. If anything in that document conflicts with this page, that document wins.
Liability
This site and the free material on it are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, MxdifyLocal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the free material on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
